I recently had the pleasure of having my 2023 X5 detailed by Coastside Detailing, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Guillermo, the owner, provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the detailing package my vehicle was getting. As Guillermo put it, “Detailing your car is a luxury—more importantly, experienced detailing is just as important.” I couldn’t agree more. I had some tree sap stains on the driver’s side, and Guillermo was able to buff them out and apply a fresh coat of wax. On top of that, my toddler had spilled paint on the sunroof cover, and he managed to remove it completely. The results were outstanding. I was so impressed that I had him come back to detail my wife’s SUV. Once again, the service and results were exceptional. Guillermo did an absolutely phenomenal job bringing my 10-year-old Alfa Romeo 4C back to life! The paint had gone dull and lifeless, but after 8 hours of meticulous washing and ceramic coating, the car looks stunning again. He was incredibly easy to communicate with and clearly knows his craft inside and out. He also shared a ton of helpful tips on how to maintain the finish going forward. I can't recommend Guillermo and his car detailing company enough! My friend surprised me with a professional detailing for my birthday while I was out of town and when I came back home my car looked brand new! It hadn’t been cleaned properly in like 10 years (bad I know!) and desperately needed some love. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch and extremely convenient. It was so easy to get a quote, schedule the service, and hand my keys to the experts. Coast side Detailing worked on my car about a week ago and I swear this is the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. The attention to detail is fantastic and service 10/10. The team even had follows up about any maintenance or any questions we might have. Can’t wait to book again!
